Under UK Distance Selling rules, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, the parts must be returned in their original, unused condition.
We make every effort to ensure spare part descriptions (such as AL-KO or Truma compatibility) are accurate. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the part is suitable for their specific caravan or motorhome model before installation.
We aim to deliver all stock items within 3-5 working days. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours.
Caravan & Motorhome Spares is not liable for any damage caused by the incorrect installation of spare parts by non-professionals. We highly recommend all safety-critical parts (gas, braking, or electrical) be fitted by a qualified technician.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
